Once you place your order you will receive an e: mail notification regarding your order details. Give Us a day to creatively pack your shipment and dispatch. After we ship your product, we will give you shipping details via E: mail and WhatsApp.
For INDIAN Orders – Prices are inclusive of taxes. We offer free deliveries across all states through standard courier services which may take 5-8 days to be delivered depending upon the location. On request before shipping we can also accelerate your order with an express courier service. For Delhi/NCR, shipping will arrive your doorstep in 2-3 days after dispatch. All the Gurugram orders upon request can be delivered next day by express service or by Fields of Gold Deluxe personnel.
For INTERNATIONAL Orders – Prices are inclusive of taxes but exclude custom duties and taxes. We charge a flat shipping rate of INR, 2350 (Approx. 29 US$) for all standard global shipping which may take 15-20 days to get delivered. For express delivery, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
TAXES AND DUTIES* – Customs, taxes, and duties are not our responsibility. All the customs, duties and taxes shall be directly borne by the customer. If you choose to decline receipt of your package, you will be responsible for any additional shipping, taxes, duties and/or custom charges incurred for the return shipment.
Field Of Gold Deluxe is not responsible for any lost shipments or stolen packages and claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate courier company or carrier. We are not responsible for any import duties or taxes which may apply, or for any subsequent delays that may occur. Please contact the courier company or customs office for further information.

For CUSTOM DESIGN ORDERS – All Custom Design orders will be specialized orders with a good deal of interaction with our prestigious customers. It will sure be a delightful journey! After the purchase, as soon as the final design idea is agreed upon we will give you details on timeline regarding the completion of design and shipping date. In standard conditions and depending on the design specific, it usually takes 2-3 weeks to complete and deliver a custom design order.
